Stimulating entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills of higher education teaching staff and company staff – not just labour force but already employed and teaching staff should have much more entrepreneurial skills

Knowledge transfer

Facilitating the exchange, flow and co-creation of knowledge – the knowledge is transfer from the leading countries to the less developed ones. For example, Italy and Germany are leading in job employment rate in Europe in TC, so their experience how business works with universities will be shared to Bulgaria, Croatia and North Macedonia.
